There are wonderful images here, Carl, the two shadows, the fingernails, that lovely light on the man reading the map, the position of the dog – it’s a celebration of life.

  Thank you Lynn. You are right. It was a very vivid atmosphere. While editing the picture, I recognized, that my eye seems to be prone to red somehow. Hm. Should I be worried? What does that mean in a deeper layer of meaning? According to Wikipedia the color red is associated with life. Well… 😉
